This recently NEW Villa will be rented directly by the owners, only on few occasions a year,
not for business purposes but just to help pay part of the heavy expenses
generated by its maintenance. It will provide you with a unique opportunity to
enjoy a different kind of tourism, beyond the depersonalized hotel experience.

Casa Delfin is located in exclusive Marina Las Brisas area, just minutes away from great restaurants, discos, and the Costera Miguel Aleman. The area has 24-hour security and a private Marina Club for the guests of Casa Delfin with another swimming pool, snack and drink bar and a boat dock on the ocean's edge. You will enjoy the comfort of the open living space which gives a panoramic view of the beautiful Acapulco Bay. From the moment of your arrival the details of this spacious, three king size bedroom suite villa, each with separate private balconies, will please you.

CASA DELFIN Rates We have two plans, see Deluxe and Premium plans below. Both plans include the preparation of gourmet meals and delicious tropical and international drinks. You have to pay apart for the cost of the food and beverages and if you wish our staff can do the buying for you while you relax around the pool and enjoy the scenery.
A credit card is required to secure your reservation. We accept MasterCard & Visa. A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation and our office Bonnavilla Plaza Corp. 2750 Osborne Drive East, Hastings, Nebraska 68901-1006 and We will send you a confirmation. For balance owed, You can either send a cashiers check or we will run your credit card, your choice, one week prior to your arrival.

Deluxe Plan Rates
1 guest up to 8 guests: $400 per night U.S.D. (April thru October)

Additional guests over 6 must share one of the suites which we have hide a beds for. There are no other taxes or fees. Transportation from airport, margarita hour on arrival, massages, pedicures, and manicures are not included at no charge but can be arranged for you.

PREMIUM PLAN RATES YEAR-ROUND include:

1 guest up to 8 guests: $500 per Night USD. If 4 nights or less, rate is $600 a night U.S.D.
Complimentary transportation upon arrival from the Acapulco airport to Casa Delfin.
Complimentary margarita cocktail hour upon arrival at Casa Delfin.
Each adult guest receives a Professional one hour massage, a professional manicure, and a professional pedicure, all done right at house. There are no other taxes or fees.

HOLIDAYS- (Christmas, New Year):
$1000 per Night USD. One-week minimum. If your rental dates include Christmas and New Year’s, there is a 10 day minimum.
Complimentary transportation upon arrival from the Acapulco airport to Casa Delfin.
Complimentary margarita cocktail hour upon arrival at Casa Delfin.
Each adult guest receives a Professional one hour massage, a professional manicure, and a professional pedicure, all done right at house. There are no other taxes or fees.

SPRING BREAK DURING MARCH:
One-week minimum. $952 per night up to Maximum of 8 guests (which is $119 per person per night).
There is a $300 per person refundable “Damage & Theft” deposit required during Spring Break. This Damage & Theft deposit is due 10 days prior to your first rental day. Please send a cashiers check to our office:

Upon approved inspection, your original check will be returned to you the day after your departure.

ALL OUR PLANS INCLUDE:

Full time gourmet chef, house man and maid service. Staff of 2 that live in their own quarters above house
Our staff can purchase your food and drinks and return the receipts to you from your money.
No children or pets please, unless permission from owners IN ADVANCE.
Ideal for three couples or six adults. If you wish to have 7 or 8 guests it is fine,
wireless High Speed Internet , IPod music stand for your Ipod.
Direct TV in every bedroom with separate receivers with 200 channels plus all subscription movie channels from U.S. & Playboy channel #390 (will block if you choose)
In case of cancellation by renter more than 30 days in advance, this deposit is not refunded but will be credited with no time limit to a future rental at the convenience of both parties. If 30 days or less there is no refund or transfer of days in the future.
